Just got a message from AuthenTec. Forums Knowledge Base Blogs. Sorry this didn’t help. Register Sign In Help. Hi i have a problem logging into windows using my fingerprints it says your fingerprints have not been enrolled for authentication. If you use the pre-installed OS or do a clean install with the latest drivers only no other applications installed from Lenovo i’m sure this will not be a problem.
As of Friday, April 3rd, it was not there. Subject kudos T – Choose to drain external battery first [Feature Request]. When this problem happen did you ever check the memory usage using task manager and if very high also check what process that have abnormally high ic.aes2810 usage.

Also how much physical ram is installed and what version of the fingerprint software? I use process explorer to watch the memory keep increasing, but it doesn’t show which application or process is doing this task manager doesn’t either.
I have this question too.

You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. It just won’t let me log in to windows.
I have an Authentec AES fingerprint reader with truesuite, and their support says the trouble is with windows biometrics thanks forany help Tom. Maybe there is a conflict between something installed in the corporate build and the fingerprint software.
If a hardware manufacturer won’t allow you to use their hardware with any software you choose – guess what; it’s not your in.caes2810. We never had this issue with the T61 or X61 series.

Thanks, Icn.aes2810 contacted Authentec after my last post and they said they were aware of the memory leak. Once I log in using my password my fingerprint sensor works fine. They all have 3 or 4gb of physical ram installed.
